I’m Courtney, a Perinatal Therapist on Long Island, New York, and I specialize in supporting individuals through perinatal mental health challenges, including pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood.

A little about the person on the other side of the screen:

As a mom to two energetic toddlers, I know firsthand what it's like to love someone so fiercely it surprises you and to find this season of life genuinely hard at the same time. The joy and the struggle aren't opposites. They live right next to each other, sometimes in the same hour. That understanding walks into every session with me.

When I'm not doing this work I love, you'll find me with family and friends, doing crafts, reading, going for walks, and getting thoroughly outnumbered by my boys.
